Honoring Nature ~ Invoking Peace
During the week in this gorgeous retreat setting, we will be nourished deeply through practice, delicious fresh local food, healing waters and ample time to reflect. Classes offered twice daily include yoga asana, pranayama and chanting. We will learn a traditional mantra from the Vedic tradition that honors the elements of nature, and invokes peace in our worldly environment and deep within our hearts.
Our explorations through yoga practice inspire insight into the connections of our physical embodiment, the vastness of nature, and spirit, the source of all.
One evening, Linda will offer a laser pointer tour of the night sky.
