Join Anna for a special weekend of immersive yoga practice to illumine and transform perception. This weekend amplifies yoga practices that bring about stillness and space as a wellspring for insight and creativity. It includes journaling and reflection, as well as Restorative Yoga and meditation along with movement practices. Each session weaves in yoga wisdom and modern insight as frames for enlivening and exploring yoga as a form of deep enquiry that reaffirms interrelationship.

Bio

Anna has been studying and practicing yoga for over 30 years and teaching for over 20. Her interpretation of yoga has been influenced by her study of dance, training within modern yoga styles focusing on precision and alignment, and immersion in yoga practice and teachings while living in an ashram for 12 years.
